“How soon can we come back? We loved our stay at Tracy's home. The location is perfect for anywhere you want to go in Nashville and walking distance to all the hot spots! Her flat was sparkling clean, very inviting and quite cozy. Tracy kept in touch with us throughout our visit, even offering my teenager suggestions on the best hidden shopping spots. It truly felt like a home away from home and we loved everything about it!!”

“The property is right in the heart of the up and coming Gulch district and only about a mile from the downtown Broadway area where all the bars are. It is a small but comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor with a balcony. There is also a fitness center and outdoor pool on the premises. The only downside is that it is right across the street from a train yard and it can be somewhat noisy in the morning as trains enter and leave the area.”

“Oh my!!! Don't really want to tell you all what a brilliant house swap this was. Walk into the heart of Nashville in 20 mins. The apartment was luxury and Tracy and I communicated well before, during and after my stay. I loved the pool, wrap around balcony, coming from Scotland, I really appreciated the weather also. We would love to go back in a few years...……….so please keep my secret. SSShhhhhh. lol”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this modern flat at the Gulch. The apartment was well decorated and comfortable and clean. It had 2 bedrooms and can accommodate a small family or 2 couples. the location is perfect. There are so many nice places to eat and see around Gulch. We had breakfast at Biscuit Love and dinner at Sambuca and could walk to these places. The view from the top floor of JW Marriott ( Bourbon Steak bar ) is absolutely breathtaking. There are numerous Museums and Country Music venues around the area that are worth exploring and gave us a wonderful experience of Nashville. Tracy was very helpful in giving us advice on what to see and do and was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this sleek apartment for anyone wanting a good experience of Nashville. Anthony”

“Can't thank Tracy enough for the wonderful suggestions and the communication was fantastic. We enjoyed every aspect of her luxurious condo in the heart of Nashville. Enjoyed walking to ALL destinations, we truly logged in miles on our fit bit. It was so centrally located that we walked everywhere. It was truly fun watching the trains go by everyday. You truly can not hear them when the windows are closed, and yet it brings such a calming peace to hear them go by. We can't wait to return and will stay in Tracy's beautiful Condo again. ”
