You will immediately fall in love with the abundance of windows pouring in the beautiful outdoor surrounding and views of the sparkling waters of the in-ground swimming pool (please use organic sun screen in the pool to decrease the residue in the pool) and hot tub. The private pool and hot tub area are gated. There is a propane grill near the pool for the BBQ lovers. There is an outdoor room with Washer and Dryer.
The main level has a grand dining table with seating for 14. Off the formal dining room is the kitchen with all the comforts of home. In the kitchen there is additional seating at the dining table for 6 more guests. The living room boasts an L shaped couch with a Smart TV (no cable) and a DVD player. The living room opens to another seating area with a foosball table. There is a half bath downstairs.
This spacious home offers 5 bedrooms upstairs and sleeps up to 26 guests (not to be exceeded at any time). There are 2 guest rooms with queen size beds. The 3rd guest room has a queen over queen bunk bed and the guest bathroom is conveniently located near these rooms. The 4th bedroom has a king size bed with an en suit full bathroom featuring a jetted tub and large walk in shower, walk down the hallway into the huge bunk room with 5 queen over queen bunkbeds. Sofas and chairs to relax after a fun day on the Comal River which is only 11 miles away. Big screen Smart TV (no cable) and ample movies for the DVD player. The bunk room has an attached full bath. Guests that stay in the bunk room must walk through the master bedroom to get downstairs or for more privacy in the master, bunk room guests can use the many doors to the wrap around porch to walk down stairs.
Historic Gruene, Natural Bridge Caverns and Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch is 12 miles away. Only 10 miles to Downtown New Braunfels where you can find ample restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. 11 miles to the world famous Schlitterbahn.
To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor driveways/parking areas of this home are monitored by video camera. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. NO PARTIES NO SMOKING NO PETS. This home has a maximum occupancy of 26 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
