About our home

Our historic home is in the beautiful historic neighborhood of Algiers Point. It is a 2 story Victorian with a front balcony, front porch with a swing and a beautiful screened in porch where you can enjoy the back garden and fountain. There is a working gas fireplace in the living room and a formal sitting room with a large bay window looking out into the street. The house is 1 block from the Mississippi river and a short walk to the Canal Street Ferry which takes you right to the French Quarter. The ride over is one of the best views of the city you have every seen. The neighborhood has a number of lovely restaurants and the Old Pointe Bar is right around the corner, one of New Orleans premiere music venues.
