About our home

We are a nice family, classical music lovers... we moved from Costa Rica to New York because one of our 4 sons has won a scholarship to study piano in The Juilliard School.

We are located on Manhattan's Upper West Side between sights such as the Cathedral of St. John the Divine and Lincoln Center. Our building is a very nice pre-war building with 24 hour doorman.
We have a NO smoking 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms apartment. 10th floor. Very bright.
We are on West End Avenue, close to local restaurants and supermarkets, 1 block from River side park , and 1 block from 2 different subway lines giving easy access to the rest of Manhattan and all of NYC (Red line #1,2,3).

The Upper West Side is a primarily residential neighborhood, but it can serve as a great home base for visitors to New York City, and is certainly worth exploring. It provides an escape from the chaos of Midtown and other heavily touristed areas. It is a convenient location for exploring Central Park, as well as the American Museum of Natural History and the theaters district. Many subways and buses make it easy to explore other areas of the city.
It is a great neighborhood for shopping (especially at gourmet stores, like Whole Foods, Zabar's and Fairway), and the brownstone lined blocks and luxury apartment buildings make the Upper West Side well worth strolling around.

Come and discover NYC and relax in our apartment. You will love our neighborhood!! :-)

Sorry we do not accept swap with students.

Max : 7 people (4 adults + 3 children or 5 adults + 2 children).
