Our studio is a small but cozy 2nd floor Studio in mid-town Manhattan on 56th Street between Park & Lexington (5 minute walk to Central Park, 3 minute walk to subway trains & newly refinished).
Our apartment looks out onto 56th street, has decent light and is complete with hardwood floors, a new bathroom, and kitchenette, it's a relatively smallspace (300 sq ft, but very comfortable!)
This is whewhere you want to be if you ar eno more than 2 people and want to experience all that Manhattan ahs to offer!
Mid-Town East/ Upper East Side Manhattan is the best location (besides the Village) in all of Manhattan. Eat, shop (at Bloomingdales a 3 minute walk from the apartment), relax in Central Park, walk for 5 minutes to be at the most amazing Museum of Modern Art (MOMA), stare at skyscrapers or charming tree-lined streets with brownstones. This neighborhood has it all!
My husband and I have swapped apartments several times in the past. We love this type of travel experience! My husband (Russian) is a professor of Mathematics at a University in Philadelphia and also works in the financial services industry in New York. I am an instructor in Leadersihp and a facilitator/trainer with expertise in Organizational Development. We love to experience all that the world has to offer and meet as many interesting and fun people along the way. We are both non-smokers and enjoy eating good food whenever possible.
