Spectacular 2 bedroom in New York City. 37th floor, amazing views of New York City, the Empire State Building, World Trade Center. In clean, green, peaceful Battery Park. Rooftop access with Statue of Liberty Views. 2nd bedroom with Brooklyn Bridge views. Luxury apartment building in Battery Park - one of the most kid-friendly places in Manhattan with beautiful water parks, playgrounds, by-the-water esplanade. 5 min walk from World Trade Center, 5 min walk from Tribeca restaurants, 15 min walk from Soho shopping and Greenwich Village. The apartment is corner Noth and East facing with a lot of sunlight. Open living room layout with all kitchen amenities. 2 full bathrooms, Master bedroom with a king size bed and children's room with 2 twin beds. Sofa-bed in the living room. We have a crib and strollers if you need to use them. Laundry room, wireless internet access. It is an amazing apartment, we feel so lucky to live in it.S

Battery Park is the best neighborhood in Manhattan. It is close to everything - 5 min walk to World Trade Center, 5 min walk to Tribeca restaurants, 10 min walk to Soho shopping, Greenwich Village and Chinatown. Yet it is the best maintained park in New York City - it is by the Hudson river with spectacular Statue of Liberty views, it has a lot of green lawns, playgrounds for the kids, water parks, a lot of young families, and yet it is very peaceful. Buses stop right outside of our apartment building, and half of all New York Subways are accessible by a 5 min walk. The views are fantastic, really spectacular.

We're a young couple - computer professionals. We have a 7 year old daughter, a 5 year old son, and a 3 year old daughter. We like living in the city, yet have the comforts of a luxury home in one of the greenest, cleanest, most pleasant neighborhoods in Manhattan. Honestly with the 3 little kids we wouldn't live in any other neighborhood in the city. My husband was born in Mexico but lived in the USA most of his life. So of course he speaks Spanish. I come from Bulgaria and also speak Russian, German and Dutch.
