Colossal loft-style alcove studio with floor to ceiling windows, sunny and bright (Southern exposure).

Located in the vibrant East Village neighborhood, steps from Tompkins Square Park, all the unique bars and restaurants, a neighborhood least overrun by tourists.

Kitchen features top of the line appliances including stainless steel Bosch stove, oven, dishwasher and Kitchen Aid microwave as well as a Liebherr refrigerator and Celador oyster stone countertops. Hardwood floors throughout, plenty of closet space.

Washer and dryer!

Tempurpedic queen size bed. In the process of placing a murphy bed in the alcove and a pull out couch in the living room to sleep 4.

This is the ultimate New York experience.

I am a multilingual traveler, originally from Prague but now a New Yorker. I speak Czech, English, German and Spanish.

I studied international business and now I work with 80 different countries on a daily basis, providing employee benefits to multinational corporations in a Senior Sales Executive role.

I take advantage of everything New York has to offer. I used to be very involved in the Argentine tango scene, salsa, playing music (tenor saxophone) or just appreciating other art and artists. Lately I have gotten more serious about triathlon (qualified for the Ironman World Championship twice now) and most of my travel is race-related.
