About our home

A contemporary 3 bedroom apartment with floor to ceiling views of the Hudson river - enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Statue of Liberty. Located in an environmentally advanced modern building in Downtown Manhattan's most desireable waterfront neighborhood - Battery Park City. Close proximity to Tribeca (2 minute walk), Soho (15 minute walk) and the Financial District. You can walk to world class dining, exceptional shopping or enjoy fine art and culture in the multitude of galleries and museums close by.
The building has 24-hour concierge, fitness centre, childrens playroom, landscaped communal roof terrace.

Our apartment has 3 bedrooms - the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, 2nd bedroom with twin bed (and possible 2nd twin bed if required), 3rd bedroom with queen bed, crib and ensuite bathroom. There is a 3rd bathroom with bath/shower and washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with table to seat 6. Large living room with floor to ceiling windows. All rooms have south west facing river views towards New Jersey, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
