There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own desk, great for working remote. The Primary Bedroom has an ensuite private bathroom and a Queen Bed (Purple Mattress). Bedroom #2 has a California King bed and sliding glass doors to the patio with garden views. Bedroom #3 has a Twin Daybed and additional twin airbed in the closet. There is a community pool and jacuzzi, and community play structure with swings etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics you might need. The gas grill and patio table to enjoy dinners outside, as the weather here is often lovely. The TV is set up with Firestick for you to use your own streaming logins. There is one parking spot in the covered garage. There is a full time guard and gated entrance to the complex. The complex is on top of a hill so it feels tucked away and you can hear birds chirping in the morning.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and all things you need for normal cooking and baking.
The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaner before every new guest. Please note that there is a $225 cleaning fee on all swaps (entire fee goes directly to cleaners).
You should have a car in LA as public transport is not reliable.
