Our home is about 3000 square feet, two story, with a wrap-around front porch and a 45 foot back screened porch. The kitchen is granite and stainless steel. The master bath is a huge spa bath, with shower heads everywhere!

The master suite is downstairs, 3 additional bedrooms and a multi purpose room upstairs.

There are three satellite tv's. Upstairs is a high speed computer. There are two central air and heat units - one for up, one for down. The kitchen table seats six; the dining table seats twelve.

One of our favorite places to sit is on the front porch swing. It is a great family home.

We are perfectly located, 27 miles north of the attractions - Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and more, and about 30 miles southeast of the world's most famous beach - Daytona!

Our community has tennis courts and a pool for homeowners to share. We live on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The front is the suburbs, the back is the woods and river! We are on the Little Wekiva River, a gorgeous nature preserve. A spring fed creek runs through our back garden.

We will consider auto swap for the right folks. We have a Devon REx cat (he has hair not fur, so is supposed to be anti-allergenic).

My husband is a Professor Emeritus in law. He is retired from his law practice, and still teaches a few classes per year.

I am closing in on retirement too. Presently, I am the CEO of a nonprofit mental health advocacy agency. We have two grown children who live nearby. Our son is the Dean of Students at a high school; our daughter teaches gifted language arts at a middle school We have one awesome 3 year old grandson.
