About our home

Larger than average SF home.1550 sq ft (144 sq meters). Three bedrooms, with additional TV/computer room (including sofa sleeper, gets great reviews from guests) to make 4 total. Large cook's kitchen, formal dining room, and comfortable living room with fireplace. Affectionate indoor/outdoor cat.

Driveway parking. Three bicycles available, 3 adult, one adolescent size. Large backyard with new veranda and firepit
Wii videogames, ping-pong table, many books on San Francisco history and tourist attractions.

Walking distance to great sushi/Japanese restaurant, coffee shop, and supermarket - all within three blocks.

Closest intersection Ridgewood and Flood.
Quick access to freeway (I-280 North/South), only 10 minutes to downtown by car. Walking distance to Public Transportation for Bus and BART (subway).

Quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Within 3 blocks (or less): Japanese restaurant (http://www.yelp.com/biz/ks-kitchen-san-francisco), three chinese restaurants, Safeway grocery, dry cleaners, coffee shop.

BART station is in Glen Park and offers easy access to all points of the city (downtown 10 minutes, SFO International airport 23 minutes).

Jennifer, a marketing executive, and Jim, a relocation agent, have been married for 15 years. Their kids are Ella, 15, who enjoys creative writing, and Adam, 13, who loves piano and soccer. Our goal is too see as many UNESCO World Heritage Sites as we can!
