About our home

DIRECT/SIMULTANEOUS SWAPS ONLY; NO POINT STAYS. Our home is a beautiful Victorian built in 1886, centrally located in the heart of San Francisco. Within the Pacific Heights neighborhood, the house has been extensively renovated for modern family life, with 3 bedrooms plus 1 office/den, and 3.5 bathrooms. The house is 2000 sq. ft. (185 m2), and the main floor has 12-foot ceilings, with a lovely living room, bright gourmet kitchen (with large skylight), dining room (also with skylight), half-bathroom, and down a short hallway, the master bedroom with queen size Tempur-Pedic bed and en-suite bathroom. Up the spiral stairs from the kitchen is the loft office/den with a queen size pullout sofabed that's very comfortable. The main floor also accesses a beautiful backyard garden with deck, gas BBQ and table/seating, as well as a treehouse and swing for kids.

Downstairs is the second level (it’s downstairs from the main level because you walk upstairs from the street to the main level). This level has two bedrooms: one with a twin size/single bed and en-suite bathroom, and the other with two twin size/single beds and an en-suite bathroom. This level also has a laundry room with washer/dryer, and additional access to the backyard and the garage/front.

Our home is elegant and calm, but warm and inviting, with great light and space to hang out and relax. Because we have three children, we have many toys, games, scooters and bikes. There is a flat screen TV in the living room armoire and a small TV in the kitchen. We have strong Wi-Fi and a Sonos sound system throughout the house, all modern appliances and central heating.

Where is it?

Pacific Heights is one of San Francisco’s best residential neighborhoods, and the grandest homes in the city are within a few blocks. Our home is 2 blocks from Sacramento Street and 7 blocks from fun and busy Fillmore Street, both with some of the best restaurants and boutique shopping in the city. Just two blocks from our home, you can access public transportation via bus lines 1, 2, 3 or 43. There is a fitness center two blocks away, and it’s a 10-minute walk to the Presidio and its many walking trails and sites overlooking and up to the shore and the Golden Gate Bridge. Beyond the immediate neighborhood, we are very centrally located-- 2 miles north to the Marina district adjacent to San Francisco Bay and Fisherman's Wharf; 2 miles east to the downtown financial district, museums, and Union Square shopping; and 2 miles west to Ocean Beach on the Pacific Ocean.
