About our home

Old Las Palmas mini-estate located in Palm Springs historic and finest area.Built in 1938 an archtecturally significant estate within walking distance to town. Totally remodeled but still within the ambiance intact. Four bedrooms,and baths two living rooms a private pool and 8person outdoor spa with lush tropical gardens.h

Celebrity Neighborhood of the past and present stars.Walk and or ride bikes everywhere.Great mountain palm tree views. Very private yet near all attractions.

My family consists of myself husband and two grown sons. We are all involved in the arts .We are world travelers and have done over 40 home exchanges thru out the world. The City of Palm Springs requires 12% tax to be paid on trades. PS CITY allows 4 adults only We prefer non-simultaneous trades.

  1. My family consists of my husband and 2 adult children that may or may not travel with us. We are non-smoking no pets and have completed over 30 successful exchanges. We are designers, decorators and architects. We prefer non-simultaneous exchanges.
