About our home

An original barn built in 1935 has been recently converted into a luxurious home with a soaring master suite and bathroom, with soaking tub and walk in shower, gourmet kitchen, butler’s pantry, cozy wood-fired stove in the living room, second bathroom with a washer and dryer and a detached modern tiny house with a queen bed, gas fireplace and views of the flower fields and mountains in the summer. On a working peony and cut flower farm.

Palmer, Alaska sits in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley - a historic farming community ringed on all sides by spectacular mountains and two glaciers. The town is unique in Alaska with a charming walkable downtown and lots of cute boutiques, antique stores, coffee shops and craft breweries.
Palmer is home to the Alaska State Fair, the Musk Ox Farm and the reindeer farm. It is a short twenty minute drive to Government Peak recreation area and Hatcher Pass and there is great mountain biking and hiking right out the back door.
