About our home

This is LA. Everything is possible and available. The area I live is quiet, and beautifully located near the foothills of the San Gabriel mountains. Old town Pasadena is 5 miles away. A car is generally useful while in LA, but there are buses if you're adventurous. I have a 2 bedroom house, with a brand new 100K kitchen equiped with a viking 4 range stove/oven and griddle. The other appliances are kitchen aid. Great lighting throughout house. Heater, A/C. Back yard great for BBQs. Minutes from the Rose Bowl, Norton Simon Museum. 35 minutes from the beach...but do take traffic into consideration. Safe area altogether...mostly young families. This house is perfect for a young couple. Very romantic. Original tiled fire place from the 20s.

I am a chef. I'm 27. Grew up in LA. I am looking to move to New York, and I think a house swap would be a great way for me to get a chance to establish myself in new york where I will be looking to invest in property. Gives me time to get to know the neighborhoods a lot better. I am reliable, and very responsible. I love to travel as well. So for one of the months I won't even be in your house. Ill be going to Morocco, and Armenia. I am of Danish and Armenian decent. I will be the only one in your house, so it'll be well taken care of as I hope will be mine.
