We are near-empty nester grandparents. We still have one adult daughter and a 6 year old grandson living with us. Our other three daughters are married and all live within 2 hours of us. We have lived in this house for 24 years and this is where we have raised our family.
I am a 7th grade Social Studies teacher, I sing in a choral society and church choir, and I like to relax by reading, knitting, and walking.
My husband is an associate pastor and ordained deacon in the Catholic Church. He also teaches religion at a nearby university and is a runner. My daughter is in a LPN program, and works as a clinical assistant at the local hospital.
