Historic Philadelphia row home in friendly, leafy northwest part of the city.
The house is a part of a row of blonde brick homes with colorful Spanish-syle roofs and well-kept front gardens.
Charming straight through row house with newly-redone hardwood floors and cheerful, comfortable living spaces.
All rooms newly redecorated.
Front porch with furniture is a great place for a drink or informal dinner.
Ample living space on first floor with modern kitchen.
Three bedrooms and bath on second floor.
Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Treadmill and other exercise equipment in downstairs playroom.
Washer and dryer in basement.
Children welcome.
Easy walk to train from home allows for easy access to city centery (about 20 mintue train ride), New York, or DC.

Quiet, lovely neighborhood in Northwest Philadelphia. A very short walk to the train station from the house makes the entire northeast easily accessible from our home.
We have lovely neighbors who are friendly and helpful.
Grocery store, library, post office, and park also within walking distance.
Short walk to Philadelphia's largest public park, along the Wissahickon Creek and the Schuykill River.
Nearby Philadelphia's world-renowned Art Museum and the Philadelphia Zoo.
Train takes you right into the heart of the city to all that Philadelphia has to offer -- historical sites, fine dining, excellent museums.

We are a busy family with two young ones. Stacy directs an immigration and refugee office and John directs research in a healthcare firm. Although we are fully employed, we are both still in graduate school as well, so we look forward to a couple of international "escapes" a year in order to re-group and enjoy time together as a family.
We love to travel and our children are excellent travelers. We've traveled in and around every continent except Australia, so are looking for an excuse to get there soon.
We enjoy living in Philadelphia and enjoying all it has to offer, including some of the best dining establishments in the US. Our children especially love the art museum and nearby parks.
