About our home

1200sqft, 3 story traditional Philadelphia rowhome with custom modern architectural renovations, wireless internet service, 40" flatscreen with surround sound in living room. Beautiful outdoor garden/patio space for unwinding & cooking after exploring the city.

Home is situated in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia, a close knit neighborhood with a long line of generational ties. Over the past 6 years there has been an influx of young couples and families making it the next up and coming section of the expanding city.

The home is a 10 minute walk to the downtown subway access—(and just two subway stops!) Philadelphia is a great walking city for history, art and culture. www.phillyfunguide.com

Philadelphia is a great midpoint for NYC and D.C. (2hrs from NYC and 3hrs from Washington D.C.) if looking for a long term getaway to the States. (www.boltbus.com)

My husband and I are in our thirties with no children. He is an architect and I am a designer/writer. We have been married three years and have always wanted to return to Italy ever since our honeymoon. We love traveling, food, snowboarding, surfing, and meeting new people from new places. We are looking for a relaxing getaway in Italy to experience the culture like true locals. And we're excited to give others a chance to experience our wonderful city—the birthplace of the United States.

Our time frame is anywhere from July 24th to September 24th...length of time negotiable.
