About our home
Large cottage style home completely renovated in 2011. Located on the south side of Camelback Mountain in the historic neighborhood of Arcadia. Less than 1 mile from the Royal Palms Resort and Phoenician Golf Course/Resort. Lon's Hermosa Inn a 4 Diamond Restaurant and best patio dining is less than one mile. Old town Scottsdale with numerous restaurants, bars and shopping is a short bike ride through the neighborhood. Camelback Mountain Echo Canyon trailhead is a walk or bike ride out the front door. Scottsdale is home to the world famous TPC Scottsdale and Troon golf courses as well as hundreds of other courses. Picturesque Sedona is 1 1/2 hour drive and the Grand Canyon National Park is a 5 hour drive. Our home is 4300 sq ft. with four spacious bedrooms and an office. Beautiful backyard with plenty of poolside seating/lounging. Pool is not heated but there is a jacuzzi tub in the master suite. Phoenix open golf tournament in January, Culinary Festival followed by baseball spring training in March and April. Climate is ideal from October until early May.
