My Husband and I built this home 7 years ago, it's at the end of a "cul de sac" of a beautiful family neighborhood in a very desirable area. 9 minutes to the beaches and across the street from 3 signature golf courses. It's a classic New England Colonial with 2.5 acres of land. Very much updated with today's conveniences. It's large, clean and neat. 1st floor has office, laundry, half bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and large family room with fireplace, you can sit on the deck and enjoy beautiful sunsets and complete privacy. 2nd Floor has Master bedroom and Master bath with Jacuzzi tub, 2 more rooms that share another bath. 3rd Floor has a 4th bedroom and a big play room for kids. The house has a 2 car garage and in the very private back yard there is a swing set and a miniature play house for the children.
My husband and I are both in the mid 30's , Chris is an Executive in the Wireless communications industry and I am a Real Estate agent. We have two daughters (6 and 9), we love to travel and the outdoors. This will be our 1st exchange and we are very excited about the journey. We feel it is a great way to experience another part of the world while allowing others to see our hometown.
This neighborhood is very convenient not only to the Downtown area of Plymouth and it's beaches but it's half way between Boston (40 min) and Cape Code (15 min), we are about 4 1/2 hrs from New York. You can enjoy horse back riding, surfing in Newport beach, hiking, golfing, kayaking, biking and skiing, and a tremendous array of activities in Boston, one of the most beautiful cities you will ever see. Plymouth has a wide array of restaurants and sightseeing activities for the whole family and it will soon be home the Plymouth Rock Studios, New England's first ever full production movie studio and it is less than a mile away!
