Beautiful Historic Saltbox home in downtown Napa Calfornia wine country. Minutes from all Napa Valley wineries, blocks from downtown Napa and all its fine restaurants, the historic Napa Valley Opera House, and many wine bars. Turn of the century brass beds in every bedroom; 8' farm table made from old barn timbers; new black granite/stainless kitchen, incredible storybook landscaping, old fashioned large front porch, 1940s bunting glider, flat panel tv/stereo, high speed internet, on and on.

We're a professional couple in our 50s, no children or pets. The home is our higher-end vacation rental, so non-mutual swap dates could work for us.

Perfect access to all Napa Valley wineries; also 15 minutes to Sonoma CA and a 1 hour drive to San Francisco or bay area! House is in a the federally registered Napa-Abajo historic district of downtown Napa--turn of the century homes and mansions abound all through the neighborhood--great for strolling, biking, relaxing.
