About our home

Built in 2005. It is large clean modern spacious new detached house. With double garage and large rear garden with jacuzzi and terrace bbq with sea views to the English channel. We have a large lounge with plasma tv and a kitchen with all 'mod cons'with adjoining dining room. 5 bedrooms (optional 6)with bathroom, en/suite and ground floor w/c.

More about us

We are Tim and Lisa, a married couple with three children (8,5,5). We enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in the UK.

Where is it?

Built in 2005 with excellent access to the world heritage coast paths or 10 minute drive to the fine sandy beach of Weymouth. The UK sailing academy (olympic venue) is 2 miles away and the Portland coast is a major diving attraction for many people. Being located in the heart of a major tourist area of the south coast of England there are hundreds of attractions, museums, walks, water sports,nightlife, restaurants and of course beaches.
