My home is in Pukalani, part of the Upcountry Maui area. We are on the Pukalani Country Club golf course. Restaurants, beaches, shopping and resort areas are all nearby.
Our community is a small, 26 unit, residential development. My home is a "suburan eco home" with photo-voltaic electricity, an organic vegetable garden, solar water heater, recycled decking and carpeting. The master bedroom is nicely sized, but the two "guest rooms" are quite small. For that reason I prefer only one or two couples and do not consider the home "kid friendly" for young children.
The weather and climate here are magnificent; the neighborhood is quiet and congenial; and, all of Maui is easily accessible.
