About our home

LOOKING FOR A WINTER 2021 HOME SWAP. OUR CHILDREN ARE IN VIRTUAL SCHOOL AND WE ARE OPEN TO AN EXTENDED LENGTH SWAP. TIA! Our lovely home was just built in 2017, and with three acres, there's plenty of room for the whole family. We have five well equipped and styled bedrooms and a big deck to enjoy the mountain and rolling hill views. We're a 45-minute drive from Washington, DC in the heart of DC's wine country, Loudoun County. Feel miles away but still be close to it all in the quaint and beloved town of Purcellville, VA.

Features

  2. Mark works in Sales and Tara is an entrepreneur.

  3. We love interior design and wide open spaces, which our home reflects.

Neighbourhood

We're one mile from the town of Purcellville in a picturesque neighborhood of eighty homes, each on three acres. Enjoy million-dollar views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the rolling hills of our neighborhood, Oak Knoll Farm. Smack in the middle of DC's wine country, Loudoun County is home to over 40+ wineries and breweries that locals patron regularly. Purcellville has everything you need except for big box stores, which are a 15-minute drive to Leesburg, VA. Less than 30 minutes to Dulles International Airport and less than an hour from Washington, DC. An ideal location to take a breather and get away from it all, but also be ideally situated to anything you'd need.
