Located on a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined street, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect place to come home to after a day in San Francisco or at the ocean or hiking in the mountains. A wall of windows on the inside provides plenty of natural light and an open view of the lush, private backyard and patio. The backyard includes an in-ground trampoline, a playhouse, a sandbox, a swing, and patio dining furniture amidst greenery and flowers. There is always something blooming year round. Out front there is a redwood tree and a basketball hoop down the street.
We have bicycles that you may use and a garden area where I grow vegetables and fruit each year. There is no maintenance required for the yard (we have a gardener who comes weekly and water on automatic sprinklers). Our neighbors are wonderful and will be helpful if you have questions.
We just installed an in-ground trampoline which provides hours of fun for all of our children (and even the adults).
We have high speed internet, a new large flat screen TV, and wifi.
Also have a Wii gaming system you may use.
The master bedroom includes a king plush canopy bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a single bed, bedroom three has bunk beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen loft bed and a toddler bed.
Our home is located in the heart of the San Francisco Peninsula with easy access to San Francisco, beaches, forests and more.
We are on a quiet street with beautiful trees lining the way, but it's also a convenient 5-minute walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, coffee shop, and more. And, we are near the freeways, bicycle trails, parks, and schools.
There is a farmer's market every Saturday morning and Tuesday afternoon in the downtown area with delicious, fresh produce from local farmers.

Redwood City has a thriving, newly renovated downtown with live theater performances, weekly outdoor music performances, weekly concerts in the park, weekly movies on the square, and weekly dance lessons on the square - all for FREE!
