About our home

Get the best of both worlds in my East Atlanta Village home that's right in the center of the city, but tucked away in a gorgeous, quiet residential neighborhood. Only a 5-minute drive (or 30-minute walk) and 15-minute drive to Buckhead/Midtown, my 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom home is perfect for a family vacation, a solo writer's retreat (you'll love the hammock in the backyard), or for a group trip to one of Atlanta's (many) festivals or sporting events.

What I love about my home (and think you will, too):

-Covered front porch, complete with bistro dining set so you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee
-Two-car garage
-Spacious kitchen w/ dishwasher, gas stove, granite countertops, a double sink, and a beautiful island with bar stools to sit at
-Large living room with gas log fireplace, perfect for winter time
-Large master bedroom (with super comfy king-sized bed), garden tub, separate shower, and double vanity
-Fenced in backyard with patio and brand new gas grill
-Sidewalks throughout neighborhood
-There's an aerial yoga hammock in the house (you can use it!!)

What I love about this area

-Very close to Ponce City Market, the Atlanta Zoo, several farmers markets, the best restaurants in the city
-Short drive to GA Aquarium, World of Coke, and pretty much any other attraction you may want to see
-Dozens of hikes within 10 minutes to 2 hours away

About the living situation: It's just me right now (more on me below!), my 2 pups (Zen, an Australian cattle mix, and Luna, a very adorable yellow lab), and 2 cats (Gemini and Fish or as we call her "small cat").

About me: 30, female, publicist, work from home or my co-working space in EAV, travel about once a quarter for work and about 1-2 weekends a month for personal travel. I'm creative, kind, and love to explore new places.

Neighbourhood

My beautiful, brand new serviced apartment is in the center of the most walkable part of Atlanta. Not only can you hop right on the Beltline (a sidewalk connecting intown Atlanta - with lots of restaurants, activities, and sights to see along the way), there are coffee shops, restaurants, two grocery stores, an aerial studio, nail salon, hair salon, and waxing salon literally within a 2 minute walk (or less) from the front door.

It's such a fun, vibrant area that showcases the new Atlanta - one that is all about the arts, community, and amazing food.
