About our home

**Looking for exchange between x-mas and New Years..anywhere, please ask***We are offering a clean, comfortable house in Southern California. Our home includes a master bedroom with attached master bath, an office, a spacious kitchen and a covered patio sitting area overlooking a hill. The master bedroom features a king sized sleep comfort bed with dual air controls so you can find your perfect sleep number, a ceiling fan, television with remote, and projection clock on ceiling. The master bath has a roomy roll in shower for wheelchair accessibility, however this shower can be used by anyone. Our second bedroom is used as an office which contains a computer with flat screen monitor, printer, and TV with remote. I have an inflatable queen sized air mattress that fits easily into this room. Our third bedroom is used for storage and does not contain a bed. The hall bathroom has a shower and tub for family use. The living room has a big screen TV with surround sound, an easy chair, and love seat. A hospital style bed is also in the living room, and can be used as a couch for watching TV or an extra bed for sleeping at night. The kitchen has an eat at bar and granite countertops. The back patio has outdoor speakers, a patio set, BBQ, and is very private due to the large hill that the house backs up to. Every entrance to the home and garage has a ramp and the master bedroom doorway has been widened for ease of entry. This house is perfect for anyone with or without disabilities.

More about us

  1. My name is Shawna, and my husband Danny and I love to travel. We both work from home which provides lots of flexibilty for travel. We have no children and would most likely leave the dogs at the kennel. We do have some special requirements due to my husbands being in a wheelchair.
We are looking to spend some time on the east coast, but would welcome any suggestions for trade. We would require a home that has either a level, very small step, or ramped entry. The master bedroom would have to be downstairs and we would need enough space for his chair to negotiate the doorways and living spaces of the home. It would be great if he could get into the restroom, but not required. I have washed his hair in the kitchen sink before when we were in a pinch. We are pretty flexible and have no problem being creative.
We are a very resposible couple and would respect the property of others. Please feel free to email with questions, it never hurts to ask!
