I would like to exchange my town house in a quiet area of St. Petersburg, Fl. The condo includes two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, a living room, den, dining area, kitchen, full bath and laundry room on the first floor. The condo is fully furnished and has all the modern appliances. There is a back patio with a gas grill and a chimania for outdoor dining as well as a one car attached garage.

I am a recently retired French teacher who loves to travel and is very flexible. I have exchanged my home before and would exchange it for the summer months for a home in France. I am particularly interested in a month long exchange in Provence for the summer of 2014. I am also interested in mountains and would welcome an exchange in Europe or the U.S. The exchange does not have to be simultaneous. If you would prefer to come to Florida for a Christmas holiday or a month during the winter this can be a possibility.
Located one block from Tampa Bay and across the street from a municipal golf course, the neighborhood offers many attractions. There are two swimming pools in the complex, overlooking the canal which leads out to Tampa Bay. If you like sunshine, beaches, fine dining and great museums, St. Petersburg is a good destination for you.
