Modern townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.Located on golf course with beautiful views of mountains. 10 miles to San Diego's fabulous beachs, and 1 1/2 hours to DisneyLand and Los Angeles.

Private gated community, less than 1 mile to shopping centers and theaters. Friendly neighbors and several swimming pools and tennis courts.Many fine golf courses and hiking trails nearby.

I am a kitchen designer and my wife is the principal of a private school. We have two grown children, and we love to travel both in the USA and internationally.
