About our home

Three bedroom condo in the foothills of San Diego. Surrounded by pine and eucalyptus trees, this is a first-floor plan with 2 car attached garage and patio. Very quiet and serene with southern views. A great place for sleeping in! Two of the bedrooms function as offices, and there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Full Kitchen. Washer & Dryer. High-speed Wifi. Shared pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts close by. Car and bikes available.

We are an 8 minute drive from the 8 freeway, and close to the 15, 805 and 163 freeways. San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, Coronado, Seaport Village, Beaches & Seaworld are all within 20 minutes.

San Carlos is a residential, hill-top community, next to Mission Valley, and 10 miles east of downtown San Diego.
Our complex, "The Woodlands," backs onto Cowles Mountain and Mission Trails Recreation Area (5800 acres of rugged hills, valleys and hiking areas) and the 3.5 mile track around Lake Murray is also walking distance. Great for rollerblading, biking and morning walks. Lake Murray Golf Course is also a five minute walk.
The San Carlos library is next to the entrance of this complex. Grocery and Drugstore are 1/8 mile away.

San Diego has a diverse landscape of western vistas, beaches, cliffs, canyons, mountains, military bases, parks, hotels and neighborhoods. The city lies just north of Mexico, and is bordered by the Pacific Ocean, the Anza -Borrego Desert and the Laguna Mountains. The region averages 323 days of near-perfect weather, and hold an average year-round temperature of 72 degrees.

The San Diego metropolitan area has over 2.9 million people and is the second largest city in California and the eighth largest in the United States.

San Diego predominantly has a semi-arid warm steppe climate and locals enjoy mild, sunny weather throughout the year. Average monthly temperatures range from about 60 Fahrenheit (14 °C) in January to 82 Fahrenheit (25 °C) in July, although late summer and early autumn are typically the hottest times of the year.

We are in our mid-30's, and work in music and television production and theater. This year we are planning a special trip to celebrate our ten year anniversary.
We love the outdoors, exploring new places and are very involved in the arts and music.
