Tropical Resort Pool Family Estate

Our outrageous, huge, tropical resort lagoon pool with 4 waterfalls, gigantic swim in cave/waterslide, 10ft jumping rock, spa with heated waterfall, swim up bar, baja and Tahiti hut over pool is brand new and better then any luxury vacation! We have a gorgeous and casual, family friendly home in the very best community -Fairbanks Ranch which has a lake, trails, tennis and horse stables. 15 minutes to Del Mar and Solana Beaches. 30 minutes to the airport, downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and two water parks. 20 minutes to Sea World, Legoland, Mission Beach and Bay and Temecula Wine Country. 1 hour and a half to Palm Springs, Laguna Beach and Orange County. 2 hours to Los Angeles

We have all new furniture, plasma tv's, pool table, a sport court, an indoor gym, swings, trampoline, ping pong and tether ball as well as a 16 x 20 Palapa/ outdoor lounge room with a 16 ft movie screen, Fire-pit bowl, outdoor dining room several lounging areas with all Restoration Hardware Outdoor furniture.

We have a live in Housekeeper/Server/Driver in a detached guest house who will be available 30 hours a week during your stay.

We are looking for beachfront/on the sand or close, luxury properties to trade with our beautiful home for short term stays during during the school year or long term during the summer (1 day to several weeks), short notice and up to a year or two in advance.
