About our home

Great house in Pacific Heights.
Over 100 years old with 10 ft ceilings. All interiors and garden have been remodeled. The decor is very eclectic and there are lots of cools things to look at. The rooms are comfortable and the furnishings are very stylish. Unique light fixtures and many beautiful colors and textures throughout. The kitchen is totally amazing. Long table with swing out stools. Room for 8. Tin ceiling tiles, painted black floors. Black granite counter tops. Lighting is industrial but warm. top of the line fridge and stove/oven, microwave.
Leads right out to a cozy and well designed garden with club chairs, couch and fire pit. Espaliered pear trees, herb garden and lovely trumpet flowers that attract butterflies and hummingbirds.
Master bedroom is done in a "Hollywood Regency" style. Dramatic headboard with silver and linen fabric. Flat screen TV and killer sound system. Small terrace from bedroom. The sounds of the garden fountain are sweet to hear. The master bathroom is spacious and very glamorous. Large shower with large shower head and large old fashioned cast iron tub.
Bedroom 1 has a comfy double bed with linen headboard, painted black floors and lots of natural light.
Bedroom 2 double bed, groovy light fixture over bed, bright yellow wall with spacious desk.
Bedroom 3 queen bed with pink and brown walls, decorative fireplace and lots of natural light from big windows.
Bedroom 4 is cozy with a double bed, flat screen tv and small dresser.
Dining room can seat 8-10 and its best feature is the light fixture (1930's carnival airplane) hanging low over the industrial wood and iron table.
The living room has 2 big comfy chairs that face the gas fireplace. Large windows provide lots of sunlight. Family room is spacious with a massive couch and big flat screen tv. Perfect for a night in watching movies or play Wii. There is a flight of stairs to enter the front door, and another flight inside and up to the bedrooms. 2 car tandem parking.
