About our home

The house has all you need, and it is in excellent condition. The pool is heated up, and the same with the Jacuzzi. It has both a family room and a leaving room. 3 separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Very nice front yard enclosed with child swings. The yard is beautiful and relaxing.

More about us

  1. We are a couple with 3 young kids (8, 5, and 3). We were born and raised in Israel, and go back home to visit every summer. We are looking to exchange with a similar in size house in the Merkaz area. This is our first time in the Home exchange website.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is located 25min drive north of San Francisco. It is located in San Rafael which is in the center of Marin County. The is a great place to be summer and winter. In the summer it gets warm, so you can use the pool, and the evenings get coller so it is never too hot here. The neighbourhood is very quite with and relaxing. The house is located with in a short walk to one of the best hiking trails around with a Millon dollar view.
