My cute apartment is super central. Only 1 block to Alamo Square park. Lovely walk to many attractions in San Francisco, including the Panhandle, Hayes Valley (fancy shops), Fillmore (Jazz and Shops), JapanTown, Castro (bars and clubs) and the Lower Haight (good beer).
The building is Art Deco. Apartment has view to down-town, Alamo Square trees and the neighbors across the street.
Small bedroom. Full bath with shower and tub separated. Petite kitchen. Nice living, wood floors with occasional dust bunnies jumping.
Laundry in less than one floor upstairs. Apt is on 3rd floor but there's a lift if you are lazy.
SUN LIGHT IN ALL DAY. vampires will be away!
Alamo Square has fantastic views. A nice park. Full of dogs. Children are in gated portion with no grass. But, super touristy.
Great restaurants (Nopa, Blue Jay), coffee shops (Modjo, Abir), pizzaria (Little Star), bars (Fly and another one I dont remember the name). Also the club for bands (the Independent) offers free movie nights on Monday (good beer).
Extremely safe. Serviced by bus lines 24, 22 and 5 going to the gay Castro, the Marina and DownTown. One more block and serviced by 21 to Hayes Valley (recommended to walk instead, its nice) and downtown.
I am scientist working in a biotech closeby. Single gay guy who offers swap apartments with similar person (Ideally). I'm low key, quiet, philosophical with some friends I can introduce you to.
I have an inner child that sometimes comes out and it's playful and like good humor. But always respecting neighbors.
I do not smoke, reject drugs and never, ever bring strangers to the apartment. Hey! that means I expect you to follow this. He, he, he.
