About our home

Home is one year old and is the work of an architect/builder/artist. Soaring ceilings, a wall of glass in the kitchen that opens completely onto a rear garden with a massive redwood tree at the back. Skylights and glass interiors bring natural light in abundantly. Mission Dolores is a sunny neighborhood in San Francisco, and most of the walking is flat. We are within the famous "Gastro" area -- a corridor between the Mission and The Castro that has a wealth of great restaurants, eateries, cafe's, and bars. The best eats in town are literally steps from the house. Dolores Park (or as locals call it "Dolores Beach" bc it is so often sunny) is two blocks away. This is one of the most alive and desirable neighborhoods in SF.
House has an in-home theater with surround sound, full gym with cardio and weight equipment, master bath spa (double rain shower and japanese soaking tub), flat screen tv and fireplace in both living room and master, full-size netted trampoline in back garden, back patio with gas grill and seating for 6, chef's kitchen with 6 burner gas stove plus griddle, double oven, and ample counter space.
