About our home

Great location in the city to access all the wonderful features of the San Francisco Bay area. A single family home so no residents above you or below with an ample backyard to enjoy with a BBQ. Two large bedrooms with a Queen and a California King size bed. Living room is spacious, airy and comfortable with a working wood fireplace for those cozy nights. The dining room is also family friendly and large. Wi-Fi (windows and Mac compatable) throughout and cable television. The house has a garage, parkable driveway, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, two ovens along with all the other basics.

A cohesive community of Mission Terrace of single family homes in the City. Two blocks from Balboa Park with tennis courts, skate park, soccer stadium, softball and baseball fields, basketball courts, swimming pool, and jungle gyms for the kids. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Mixed group of residents from singles, young adults and families.

Easy access to transportation around the city, two blocks from 4 of the main MUNI lines, BART and 9+ bus lines. Easy access to the highway heading south of the city also and very easy free street parking if needed.
