#45 is more spacious but equally as warm and inviting. The first floor includes a private bedroom with fireplace, and new slate bath, just off the Clive Christian-esque kitchen, dining room and living room with flat screen and Directv. There is a pull out couch on this floor for a 7th person. This flat has two decks -- the top one has a brand new Weber-Ducane gas grill for dining al fresco. The bottom deck has seating overlooking the garden, which includes fruit trees and seasonal plantings. We encourage you to enjoy the garden during you stay, and sample the plums, figs and lemons when they are in season.
On the lower level is the two-room master suite with ensuite master bath and private deck to the three-tiered garden below. There's a library and seating area. Each floor has private access to the street for the ultimate versatility.
Situated in the heart of the city, shops and dining, parks and public transportation are a short walk, or head down the hill for the nightlife of the Castro, Haight Ashbury or the Mission. Twin Peaks, with San Francisco's most glorious views, is just up the hill. The entire city is accessible via MUNI and the trolley, just a short walk down the hill.
