About our home

A 3 bed/2 bath flat located close to Golden Gate Park, wonderful restaurants within walking distance, excellent public transportation (a block away).

Inside our home, you will find 3 clean bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people. The house is updated with a modern kitchen and remodeled bathrooms. Wifi is accessed anywhere in the house. You will have an access to the backyard with a hot tub and grill. The TV in living room is connected to Direct TV and you have over 400 channels available.

Golden Gate Park is a 4 block away. Irving St. restaurants and shops are only 3 blocks away. Public transportation can be found at one block away. Nearest grocery is 3 blocks x 3 blocks. If you are into exercise, you will enjoy walking or running in the neighborhood. We are tucked in Inner Sunset and our neighbor is Cole Valley. The interesting fact about Inner Sunset is that Craigslist head office is merely 3 blocks away. The nearest hospital is UCSF which is approximately 15-20 minute walk. Lots of professionals especially who work at UCSF live in Inner Sunset.

We are the consultants/enterpreteurs. We are into our mid 30s with 2 school aged children. It will be our first time doing the house swap. We enjoy travelling especially outside the country.
