About our home

This a spacious, clean 4br, 4bath house with breathtaking panoramic views of San Francisco. (North, downtown & south bay). Very elegantly build Edwardian/Victorian house in 1911. You can look on a map and see it is located extremely well, yet is quiet. There are two decks, one large and one smaller (on the 2nd & 3rd level) Hardwood floors throughout the house. Great guest unit downstairs, with it's own claw-foot tube bathroom.

More about us

  1. I am a musician and am just about 30 years old. I studied music at University and then went on to teach music at my University (in CO) and have also been a airplane flight instructor for a few years. I went to school in Scotland for a year (St. Andrews) and love to travel. I keep my house very clean and tidy and am quite maticulous and caring. I love nature but enjoy the stimulus of the city living. I am excited to do a house exchange and will be very respective and communicative.

Neighbourhood

Charming street and steep hill make it a quintessential SF house/neighborhood. It is very close to public transportation and easy to walk to many restaurants. Quick access to Marin (north Bay) and to the beach. Both only 10-15min away. Neighborhood is in-between the Castro & the Mission (Castro - gay and artistic, Mission, great restaurants and hip/up & coming) and the Haight, also artistic and trendy. But you're really tucked away in your own world up here. Neighbors are very friendly. Beautiful architecture and landscape designs. Just recently two movies were recently filmed on this street.
