My home is in the quintessential "Santa Barbara" location and has wide open city, ocean and island views of Santa Barbara. It is very clean, new, organized and comfortable. It is decorated with designer furnishings and no clutter. It has every amenity you would want to feel at home. Gourmet kitchen, garage, beautiful landscaping, luxury linens, washer/dryer, driveway parking. It feels private, yet close to downtown and all the action. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and utensils. The kitchen, dining room, family room and master bedroom all take advantage of the view. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2 other rooms have full size beds.
The home is situated above an outdoor concert venue. In the summer you may walk to a live concert or listen to the concert from the balcony.
Downtown Santa Barbara with many restaurants and lots of shopping is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. It is a steep walk back home though - To get the views, we have to be on a hill. All other sites are no more than a 15 minute drive. The beach is a 5 minute drive. Parking in Santa Barbara is easy. Hiking trails are right outside the door or you may drive 5-10 minutes for a variety.
Santa Barbara is known for the wineries. We have many within city limits and world class, Napa style wineries in
Santa Ynez, a 45 minute drive.
