About our home

Our home is in the Downtown Historical District where you will find many homes established in the late 1800's and early 1900's. Ours is an early 1900 Craftsman. The house is old, with many original characteristics, but the plumbing, electrical, kitchen and bathrooms are all renovated. In the back yard there is an outdoor shower after days at the beach and a hot tub. We are just a few blocks from downtown where you will find relaxing cafes, restaurants, shopping, four movie theaters and several concert venues. The beach is less than a mile away. You can visit Redwood forests to kelp forests within easy driving distance. We also have two lovely low-maintenance cats, Chloe and Emma. We have a 9 year old child so the house is set up to accommodate that age. We welcome younger children, just know that the house isn't "child proof".
