Cozy, 3 bdrm, 2 bath home in Santa Cruz, California. Location is just five minutes from downtown Santa Cruz, ten minutes from the famous Santa Cruz beach boardwalk and 1.5 hours south of San Francisco. Amenities include, computer, wood burning fireplace, barbecue, washer and dryer. Outdoor activities include surfing, mountainbiking and golfing in addition to breathtaking views of the Pacific ocean. The city of Santa Cruz has numerous restaurants, bars and theatres to occcupy your evenings. In addition there are numerous wineries that offer wine tastings throughout the Santa Cruz mountains. Santa Cruz is 45 minutes north of Monterey, Pebble Beach and Carmel. Further, Santa Cruz is 2.5 hours south of Napa and 1.5 hours south of San Francisco.

My wife and I moved to Santa Cruz from San Diego seven years ago because I was offered and accepted a job as a firefighter in the City of Salinas. Once we moved to Santa Cruz we fell in love with the area. The people are friendly and the area is beautiful. Since moving to Santa Cruz my wife and I bought our house three years ago. My wife works as a English teacher and cheerleading coach at a local high school. We also have two dogs, Kinsey and Bella that keep us busy a lot of the time.
