About our home

SO SORRY NO AVAILABILITY LEFT FOR 2023
Our quintessential California living home was completely remodeled in 2014 and features a modern kitchen, open plan living area with giant sliding windows that overlook a great garden and giant tree. Three very compact bedrooms with three bathrooms, one of which is accessed from the garden, will ensure comfort for the evening after a hectic day of beach fun, cycling on the promenade and delicious meals at fantastic local restaurants. Sit outside on the balcony or on the patio under a tree and barbecue or sit around the outside fire pit, enjoy, LIFE IS GREAT! (Please note we do not take reservations under 5 days).

Neighbourhood

We are in the lovely suburb of Santa Monica, a 20 minute walk to the beach. Our street is a tight knot community in a short dead end street. As we sit up a steep hill there is a view out across the valley. Santa Monica is fabulous, the end of route 66, the Pier, 4th Street Shops and Promenade. We are at the southern end of Santa Monica so we are very close to Venice with all it's wonderful restaurants and shops on Abbott Kinney Boulevard. Newly up and coming Rose Street is a ten minute walk away for its restaurants.
