About our home

Spanish Colonial home built in 1928, recently remodeled with huge yard that's walled and gated. A large master bathroom with double copper sinks and steam room looks onto the backyard through a large picture window. The new kitchen with granite counter tops, Subzero frig and Wolfe range overlooks the sunken dining room. Double French doors throughout open onto the lush outdoor landscaping. The home has hardwood, slate and saltillo tile flooring. The living room has a soaring 12'ceiling and 8 foot double doors that open onto a fountain in the side garden. There is a covered patio with a day bed next to a large flowing koi pond. The backyard has fully mature landscaping with lemon, lime, and orange trees, a trellis with grapevines and an outdoor fireplace. Home has flat screen TV, stereo and wireless internet.

Neighbourhood

Beautiful breezes from the Pacific Ocean keep this area temperate throughout the year and there is no rain from May until October. Within a one block radius of my house you'll find one of LA's most highly rated restaurants, a cafe that serves breakfast and lunch and a Saturday morning Farmers Market. Santa Monica is a Los Angeles area beach city between Venice and Malibu with lots of shopping and restaurant options. Bergamot Station, one of LA's prime art destinations, is within 3 city blocks.
