The family room features a 63" HDTV with dvd player. This home is perfect for a small family or two couples. There is an outdoor gas grill which is perfect for alfresco dining.
This charming Craftsman style cottage is located right off the bridge to Siesta Key, a 6 mile Island on the Gulf of Mexico. Rated one of the top ten beaches in the world, Siesta Key is family oriented, with shops and restaurants in a relaxed, informal environment.
It is a wonderful artsy neighborhood with an eclectic mix of older but resored homes. The proximity to the beaches and our downtown area make it very attractive and convenient to the best of both worlds. Downtown Sarasota is thriving with great restaurants, theaters, and the Ringling Museum. There are many golf courses close by that are open to the public. If you love warm weather, and being outdoors, you will LOVE Sarasota!
I have lived in Sarasota for the past 17 years, originally coming from the New York-New Jersey area. Presently, I am single, in my early 50's, with 3 grown children. I am a realtor with SKY Sothebys International Realty, and specialize in the Luxury market and waterfront properties. After seeing the movie, "The Holiday", I thought it would be a fun adventure to swap homes with someone. I enjoy lots of different activities, but I would say my passion is ball room dancing, particularly Latin and Rythm. My other hobbies include working out, skiing, traveling, cooking and reading. I am adventurous, and love a good party!
