About our home

One bedroom, bright, clean urban pad, with 12-foot ceilings, large patio garden in a modern and nicely appointed apartment building one block from beautiful Lake Union and South Lake Union Park. Patio looks onto internal courtyard but is relatively private, screened by tall bushy Wisteria. Huge rooftop terrace provides stunning views of lake, mountains, city. Small gym, fun room and 10 person theater available to residents. Five minute walk to city's most vibrant neighborhood (S. Lake Union), with shops, cafes, restaurants, 15 minutes on foot to heart of downtown. Close to everything. Fantastic urban pad.
