Our home is a 4 bedroom three story house 4 miles from downtown Seattle in the trendy Phinney Ridge neighborhood. Wake up to the sun rising over the Cascade Mountains and Greenlake view from the master suite bedroom. Hear the howler monkeys at the city zoo just two blocks away or start the morning with a short stroll up the street to enjoy a coffee and pastry.
The Master suite, second bath and two additional bedrooms are on the top floor. The master suite includes a walk in closet, steam shower and view balcony. The ground floor is designed for relaxing, entertaining and dining. It includes a mudroom, a formal lounge and dining area before entering into a large kitchen, family room with nook. French doors open onto a back porch and completely fenced backyard. Additionally, a powder room and office are on the main floor.
Our live-in nanny currently uses part of the basement which includes studio apartment with bathroom, bedroom, kitchenette and lounge. This space can be made available upon request. The rest of the basement includes an office and laundry. Bicycles, skates, children’s scooters and beach gear are included in the swap.
