About our home

The 1924 home includes an apartment on the first floor that sleeps three (1 bedroom with two beds plus 1 futon in the living room). Full kitchen with dining area, comfortable living room, bathroom with tub and shower. Recently remodeled. We have 5 acres of absolutely stunning gardens with fountains, ponds, and waterfalls. Vast tropical garden, desert garden, formal European garden, camelia garden, and luxurious lawns. You would be happy never leaving our oasis.

INCREDIBLE VIEWS, very quiet, near hiking locations, safe, family- and pet-friendly, about a 5 minute drive to nearest Metro station. Can also walk into Downtown Sierra Madre (about 10 minutes) to take bus to Metro station. Lovely area--about 1/2 hour into Downtown Los Angeles.

We are a family of four, but the children have moved away. We are lawyers who love art, literature, gardening, and photography. We speak Spanish, Hindi, and English.
