About our home

Our recently remodeled home is two stories with the feeling of an urban art gallery. It has four bedrooms, four 1/2 baths with a large media/family room. The spacious verandas off the living room and the second story master and guest bedrooms overlook a small lush tropical garden, heated pool* and wide canal which has direct access to the intercoastal waterway from it's own private dock.
The house is within walking distance (there is also a free shuttle service) of the #1 beach in the U.S. as well as Siesta Village with cafes, boutques and a market. It is also only about 15 minutes from downtown Sarasota ...filled with theaters and galleries and fine and casual dining.

There will be a cleaning fee of $130 for any stay one week or more.
*Also, due to the increasing cost of propane gas, there is a $5.00 charge for those days in which the pool is heated from October 15 to March 31.
