  1. Laurie and John are a really nice, clean, neat, fun loving, semi- retired couple.

  2. We love our cozy home, and its opportunities to be active or very relaxed.

  3. Need to spend time with new grand baby twins in Los Angeles this summer, and hoping to find someone who wants to get away from it all in beautiful, comfortable Vermont.

Quiet suburban neighborhood, Vermonters tend to reserved, but always ready to help out.

Retail therapy
Malls are nearby, Boutique shops abound in Burlington.
Bit of culture
Church street in Downtown Burlington has it all for restaurants, breweries, cafes, niche shopping.
Spot of exercise
High school with track, fields of all kinds, and tennis courts within half a mile. Bike paths are everywhere, including a causeway that makes you feel like you are in the middle of Lake Champlain.
Day tripping
Weeks of day trips to Lake Chaplain parks and beaches, Green Mountain 4 season resorts with skiing or zip lining. Adirondack mountains are gorgeous to the west, while the incomparable Mount Washington is just a few hours east. History buffs will enjoy the Ethan Allen colonial homestead, Fort Ticonderoga, and the countless sites showcasing the America's wars of revolution, 1812, and the northernmost attack of the Civil War, but also the abolition of slavery, and the underground railroad.
